Leased lights are available. If a leased light goes bad, we replace it at no charge under our warranty. For a bulb or clip issue, text your address and a photo or description to (214) 557-7809. Discuss removal timing when planning the installation.

Can features have different colors?
Yes. Tell us the colors you’d like for each feature, whether that’s one palette everywhere or a quieter accent on the windows or doorway, and we’ll coordinate them across the display.
Are ridges included with the roofline?
Not unless you ask. The perimeter roofline and upper ridges are separate runs of lights, so mark any ridges you want on a photo and we will review them for your estimate. Our roofline planning guide shows how to describe each line.
Can I send neighborhood preferences?
