A roofline-only display keeps the scope focused. Adding an entrance means identifying its features and colors explicitly. Trees and side elevations are separate selections, even when they are visible in the same photo. Send your full address and tell us the municipality if your mailing address uses Dallas; we confirm the actual property before scheduling.

We use commercial-grade C9 holiday bulbs to bring your chosen colors to your home. Your estimate sets out the features you want lit, along with installation, seasonal maintenance and removal. Send photos of decorations you already enjoy so we can plan the new lighting around them.
Leased lights are available. If a leased light goes bad, we replace it at no charge under our warranty. For a bulb or clip issue, text your address and a photo or description to (214) 557-7809. Discuss removal timing when planning the installation.

Can I light only the front?
Yes. You can choose a display along just the front roofline. If you would also like entrance accents, upper ridges, trees or other sides lit, tell us which features to review and include in your estimate.
Are entrance trees included?
Only if you select them. Send a photo showing the tree and where it sits beside the entrance, and we’ll include it in your estimate.
Where is your company based?
Texas Premier Lighting is based in Forney. We serve University Park properties after confirming the address and requested scope; we do not operate a separate University Park office.
