Privacy Policy

Effective November 6, 2026

This policy explains how Texas Premier Lighting, based in Forney, Texas, handles information through texaspremierlighting.com, including estimate inquiries and the AI Design Tool. For privacy questions or requests, email sales@texaspremierlighting.com.

Information you send us

Estimate forms collect your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, property type and project details, with optional street address and city. Inquiry notifications also include the form or page used and an estimated device and browser category. We use these details to respond, discuss your property and prepare a lighting estimate.

The AI Design Tool uses your uploaded property photo, lighting selections and drawing instructions to create or edit a preview. If you request a quote for a design, a separate consent step sends your contact details, project notes, starting photo and lighting preview to our team. Authorized staff receive inquiries and quote notifications by email.

Address suggestions and form protection

Street-address fields use Geoapify for suggestions. Once you type at least three characters, the address text is sent directly from your browser to Geoapify, before you submit the form. Selecting a suggestion can fill the street, city and ZIP fields. Leave the optional street-address field empty if you do not want to use this feature. See Geoapify’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish people from automated traffic. Cloudflare processes technical signals, including IP address and browser information, for this protection. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum (opens in a new tab).

How AI photos are processed

Photos and lighting instructions are sent to OpenAI to create and check previews. A photo may contain identifying details about a property or people in the image. Please upload only photos you have permission to use and avoid including sensitive information in photos or instructions.

OpenAI’s processing is separate from the website storage periods below. Read OpenAI’s business data privacy information (opens in a new tab) for information about its services. AI previews are for inspiration and may differ from the final installation.

Saved designs and quote records

  • Saved designs: Starting photos, generated previews and the settings needed to reopen and edit a design are stored in encrypted private website records. Designs expire 30 days after creation. Reopening a design does not extend that period. Expired designs cannot be reopened or viewed through their share links and are removed by scheduled cleanup. These photos are not added to the public website photo library.
  • AI quote requests: Contact details, project information and photos submitted with a design quote are stored in separate private quote records, accessible to authorized staff. These website records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days.
  • Email and other copies: Ordinary inquiries and quote notifications are also received by email. Email copies and project correspondence are separate from website records and are not deleted by the 30-day or 90-day website cleanup. Backup copies and service providers may have separate retention periods. Contact us with questions about information retained with your inquiry.

Recent Designs and browser storage

Recent Designs uses your browser’s local storage to remember design labels, links, dates and a private reopening key. This lets you return to an available design after refreshing the page. Someone with access to the same browser may be able to reopen those designs.

Clear Recent removes those entries and reopening keys from that browser. It does not delete the website’s saved design records or cancel existing share links. Browser settings can also clear or restrict site data, which may prevent reopening a design. Website login and security features can use cookies as well.

When you share a design

Anyone with a design share link can view the generated preview and its lighting description until the design expires. The share page does not expose your original uploaded photo, private reopening key or quote contact fields. The generated image can still show recognizable property details, so share the link only with people you want to see that preview.

Website services and technical information

Hosting, email, security, address-suggestion and AI providers help us operate the website and respond to requests. Our Service Areas map loads resources from OpenStreetMap and unpkg, and some review profile photos load from Google. Loading these resources contacts those providers and can send technical request information, such as your IP address and browser details.

The website also uses request and security information to protect the service. Form-success statistics record items such as the day, form, page and estimated device category. Those statistics do not include your inquiry message. We do not sell your photos or personal information.

Social, partner and other external links lead to websites with their own privacy practices. The website’s design and quote cleanup schedules do not control providers’ records.

Privacy questions and requests

Email sales@texaspremierlighting.com with questions or requests about access, correction or deletion. Include enough detail to help us locate the relevant inquiry or design. You can also text (214) 557-7809 to reach our team.

We will update this page when the practices described here change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
